Biden had a similar shuffle while visiting King Charles III at Windsor Castle in the UK on Monday —he had to be pulled away and escorted by the King during one moment that went viral.

During a recent appearance on Hannity, Texas Rep. and former White House doctor Ronny Jackson stressed that something appears to be “seriously wrong” with the President.
