SEE YOURSELF OUT: Trump Admin Repurposes CBP One App for 'CBP Home' — A Self-Deportation App for Illegal Migrants: Report

According to Fox News border correspondent Bill Melugin, the Trump Administration has repurposed Joe Biden’s controversial CBP One App to CBP Home — a new app that allows illegal immigrants in the U.S. to self-deport; it launches today.

Biden’s CBP One App allowed nearly one million illegal migrants to enter the country.

“The app is now called CBP Home. It allows illegal aliens in the U.S. to register to self-deport,” Melugin said on Fox News Monday morning. “They fill out biographical information, including their countries of citizenship, which country they plan to return to, their alien registration number, their contact information, and it allows them to upload photos of themselves to confirm their identity.”

“Now you may be asking yourself, ‘Why would illegal immigrant want to self-deport?’ DHS says that if they leave now, they will have the opportunity to return to the U.S. legally in the future and chase the American Dream. But if they don’t leave, they will be found, arrested, detained, and deported with a permanent ban on re-entry,” Melugin said.

“The Biden Administration exploited the CBP One App to allow more than 1 million aliens to illegally enter the United States. With the launching of the CBP Home App, we are restoring integrity to our immigration system,” DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said in a statement.

“The CBP Home App gives aliens the option to leave now and self-deport, so they may still have the opportunity to return legally in the future and live the American dream. If they don’t, we will find them, we will deport them, and they will never return,” Noem said.
