Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer continued his anti-Trump meltdown Tuesday, saying the United States is not a “monarchy” and the President is “not a king” after Trump vowed to fight back against the special counsel’s probe.
Schumer was addressing his colleagues from the Senate floor when he slammed the Commander-in-Chief for “attempting to stop the Russian probe” as the never-ending investigation entered its second year.
“Despite what the president and his allies may feel about his authority or his absolution from legal repercussions, the Constitution and the founding principles of our country tell us he’s dead wrong,” said the Minority Leader. “Mr. President, President Trump — we are not a monarchy. You are not a king. We are a constitutional democracy, so act like it.”

SCHUMER MELTDOWN: Chuck Compares MS-13 Members to 'Our Great Grandparents'
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer railed against President Trump’s harsh rhetoric towards violent street gang MS-13 Wednesday; taking the President’s comments out of context and equating violent offenders to “our great grandparents.”
The President was responding to a California lawmaker’s complaint that local officials were unable to notify ICE officials of MS-13 gang members detained in county jails; saying federal authorities were working to bypass the “ridiculous” sanctuary city policies and deport “animal” criminals from the United States.
Here is the full clip of Trump's "animals" comments.
The CA Sheriff was lamenting not being able to report violent MS-13 gang members in her jail. Trump then called those gang members "animals."

SCHUMER MELTDOWN: Chuck GOES NUCLEAR on Senate Floor as GOP Passes Tax Cuts
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer threw a public temper tantrum from the floor of the US Capitol on Tuesday night, scolding his GOP colleagues who were quietly speaking while the liberal legislator railed against the Republican tax legislation.
The lawmaker was desperately attempting to sway Senators from voting “yes” on the tax proposal, erroneously claiming that “millions” of middle class families would see a “tax hike” under the current bill.
Schumer paused mid-sentence before unloading on GOP Senators, calling for order as his colleagues quietly negotiated in the chamber.
“Nearly 145 million middle class families under $200k will either get tax hikes… Can we have order Mr. President?” raged Schumer.
“This is serious stuff! We believe you’re messing up America. You could pay attention for a couple of minutes,” he scolded his GOP colleagues.
