Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer threw a public temper tantrum from the floor of the US Capitol on Tuesday night, scolding his GOP colleagues who were quietly speaking while the liberal legislator railed against the Republican tax legislation.
The lawmaker was desperately attempting to sway Senators from voting “yes” on the tax proposal, erroneously claiming that “millions” of middle class families would see a “tax hike” under the current bill.
Schumer paused mid-sentence before unloading on GOP Senators, calling for order as his colleagues quietly negotiated in the chamber.
“Nearly 145 million middle class families under $200k will either get tax hikes… Can we have order Mr. President?” raged Schumer.
“This is serious stuff! We believe you’re messing up America. You could pay attention for a couple of minutes,” he scolded his GOP colleagues.

SCHUMER UNDER FIRE: Trump RIPS Chuck's 'Lottery' That Admitted NY Terrorist
The President is referring to a program created by Schumer back in 1990. Nearly thirty years later, the immigration lottery system hands out approximately 50,000 American visas to applicants from across the globe.
Critics argue the lottery creates a cascade of immigration from individuals with few job and language skills and little interest in assimilating into American society.

Pelosi and Schumer blasted the President’s comments, saying they’ve “asked Leader McConnell and Speaker Ryan to meet this afternoon.”
“We don’t have any time to waste in addressing the issues that confront us, so we’re going to continue to negotiate with Republican leaders who may be interested in reaching a bipartisan agreement,” they added.
