REPORT: Ma’Khia Bryant Dispute Started Over ‘Messy House and Unmade Bed’

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.23.21

From Fox News:

The argument that preceded the fatal police shooting of 16-year-old Ma’Khia Bryant in Columbus, Ohio, earlier this week began over a messy house and unmade bed, her foster mother has revealed.

Angela Moore said Thursday the dispute occurred when two of her former foster children were at her home in east Columbus to celebrate her birthday on Tuesday.

“It was over keeping the house clean,” Moore told CNN. “The older one told them to clean up the house because ‘Mom doesn’t like the house dirty.'”

“So that’s how it all started,” she added.

Surveillance video of the ensuing altercation shows four people standing in front of that home. As Columbus police officer Nicholas Reardon is pulling up to the house, Bryant and two other people appear to come out of the front door.

Seconds later, Bryant lunges with an apparent knife at one woman, 20, who had been standing in the driveway of the home, forcing her to the ground. A man, 43, started kicking the woman as she tried to get up.

Bryant then turned to another woman, 22, with the knife, at which point Reardon discharged four shots from his firearm, fatally striking Bryant.

In 911 calls Columbus Police have released of the incident, an unidentified female can be heard speaking while arguing goes on in the background.

DON BLASTS LeBRON: Trump Rips James for ‘Racist Rants’ After Columbus Shooting

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.25.21

Former President Donald Trump ripped NBA superstar LeBron James in an official statement Friday; accusing the basketball legend of launching into “racist rants” following the police-shooting in Columbus, Ohio.

“LeBron James should focus on basketball rather than presiding over the destruction of the NBA, which has just recorded the lowest television RATINGS, by far, in the long and distinguished history of the League,” read the statement.

“His RACIST rants are divisive, nasty, insulting, and demeaning,” Trump added. “He may be a great basketball player, but he is doing nothing to bring our Country together!”

LeBron James reacted to a growing backlash on social media this week after tweeting, then deleting, a message to a Columbus cop involved in a police shooting; saying he was “damn tired of seeing Black people killed by police.”

“ANGER does any of us any good and that includes myself! Gathering all the facts and educating does though! My anger still is here for what happened that lil girl. My sympathy for her family and may justice prevail!” posted the NBA star.

“I’m so damn tired of seeing Black people killed by police. I took the tweet down because its being used to create more hate -This isn’t about one officer.  it’s about the entire system and they always use our words to create more racism. I am so desperate for more ACCOUNTABILITY,” he added.

Original Story:

NBA legend LeBron James issued a public statement to the Columbus, Ohio police officer who shot a teenager Tuesday night after she allegedly attacked another minor with a knife; telling the cop “You’re Next.”

James deleted the message after users on social media complained about the veiled threat.

“Ma’Khia Bryant, a young Black girl, was shot and killed by a Columbus police officer Tuesday afternoon while yielding a knife and attempting to stab another female, and her death has since sparked national outrage,” reports WKYC.

“The Akron native and current Los Angeles Laker has since received nearly 5,000 replies to his tweet, many arguing about whether or not the shooting of Bryant was justified,” adds the news outlet.
