Conservative author Jerome Corsi -accused of lying under oath by the special counsel’s office- sued Robert Mueller’s team Monday; asking for $350 million in damages after claiming Mueller committed “various constitutional violations” during his investigation into Russia-Trump collusion.
“Politico reported that the newly filed suit claims that Mueller tried to get Corsi to give testimony that Corsi said is false. He is reportedly seeking $100 million in actual damages and $250 million in damages due to injury to his reputation. The CIA, FBI, and the National Security Agency were also named in the suit,” reports Fox News.

Corsi believes Mueller’s team attempted to pressure the Trump-supporter into admitting he had a high-level connection with WikiLeaks’ founder Julian Assange; a charge he vehemently denies.

MUELLER’S MISSION: Jerome Corsi Files ‘CRIMINAL COMPLAINT’ Against Mueller for Seeking ‘False Testimony’
A prominent conservative writer at the heart of Robert Mueller’s ongoing Russia probe filed a criminal complaint against the special counsel this week; accusing the federal investigator’s team of seeking “false testimony.”
“Conservative author Jerome Corsi on Monday filed a ‘criminal and ethics complaint’ against Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team, accusing investigators of trying to bully him into giving ‘false testimony’ against President Trump,” writes Fox News.
“The 78-page document, asserting the existence of a ‘slow-motion coup against the president,’ was filed to a range of top law enforcement officials including Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker, DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, D.C.’s U.S. Attorney Jessie Liu and the Bar Disciplinary Counsel,” adds the article.
“Dr. Corsi has been criminally threatened and coerced to tell a lie and call it the truth,” the complaint adds.

MUELLER MAYHEM: Federal Judge REJECTS Special Counsel’s Request for Delay
A second federal judge flat-out rebuked special counsel Robert Mueller over the weekend; rejecting his request to delay a court hearing in a criminal case surrounding Russian election meddling using social media.
According to Politico, Judge Dabney Friedrich issued a “brief order” Saturday that denied Mueller’s request to delay the scheduled hearing Friday evening; offering no explanation and setting the stage for a high-stake showdown between the special counsel’s office and 13 Russian nations indicted for interfering in the 2016 election.
The judge’s decision comes just hours after another federal judge rebuked Mueller’s team during hearings in the case against former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort; accusing the special counsel’s office of using Manafort to launch “impeachment” procedures against the President.
“You don’t really care about Mr. Manafort,” said the judge. “You really care about what information Mr. Manafort can give you to lead you to Mr. Trump and an impeachment, or whatever.”
