Two federal judges previously ordered Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agents to release multiple MS-13 gang members arrested in New York this week; with officials confirming the men were once held by the Department of Homeland Security.
“Two of the three suspected MS-13 members arrested following a bat and knife attack outside a Burger King restaurant in New York this week were previously held by Homeland Security – but were ordered released by federal judges,” reports Fox News.
“All three defendants were previously confirmed as MS-13 gang members by the Suffolk County Police Department,” the District Attorney’s Office said. “Thereafter, Arevalo Lopez was detained by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Oct. 24, 2017, and was ordered released from custody by a federal District Court judge on June 12, 2018. Canales Molina was detained by ICE on July 24, 2017, and was released from custody by a federal judge on Nov. 28, 2017.”

'ANIMAL' RIGHTS? MS-13 Gang Boss BEGS NY Judge for Better Prison Conditions
An alleged drug trafficker and MS-13 gang kingpin begged a judge to improve his current prison conditions at a New York penitentiary, saying he was “suffering” at the hands of government personnel and his fellow prisoners.
Miguel Angel Corea Diaz, the 35-year old gang member better known as ‘The Reaper,’ officially complained to a judge in Nassau County this week, adding he was a “human being” who “has a family and children.”
“Discrimination. I’m suffering in this county. They call me ‘El Chapo.’ Die, scary guy,” complained Diaz. “I’m a human being, I have a family. I have children. I’m not able to talk to them… It’s about time that I speak to them because when I get deported, I don’t know if I’m going to be able to speak to them again.”
Diaz was charged with three counts of “operating as a major drug trafficker” and five counts of conspiracy. He pleaded guilty to all crimes earlier this year on Long Island.

GANGLAND: MS-13 Orders Members to ‘TAKE OUT COPS’ in New York
Notorious street-gang MS-13 has reportedly ordered its members to “take out” police officers in New York; hoping to send a strong message to authorities following a serious crackdown on the group throughout the region.
According to the New York Post, the NYPD is on high-alert after a confidential informant told police that gang members were given a green light to murder local police officers; particularly in the nearby town of Hempstead on Long Island.
“The police have been making too many arrests and it’s time to take the streets back and take out (shoot) a cop like we do in El Salvador,” the suspect said.
Police are ratcheting up patrols and tracking down all leads related to the threat.
“It is imperative for members of the service to take these threats seriously and adapt their work habits and lifestyles accordingly,” said a memo released by the New York Police Department.
