Jake Sullivan -President Biden’s National Security Advisor- was named as a “foreign policy advisor” mentioned in the indictment of Hillary Clinton’s campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann, according to Fox News.
“This is the closest Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the Russia investigation has come to anyone directly associated with the Biden White House,” reports Fox News. “Sussmann was indicted for allegedly lying to the FBI on Sept. 16, and has pleaded not guilty to one count of making a false statement to a federal agent. This case came out of Durham’s probe into the origins of the Russia investigation.”

“Durham’s indictment alleges Sussmann told then-FBI General Counsel James Baker he was not doing work ‘for any client’ when he requested and held a September 2016 meeting in which he provided evidence of a purported secret communications channel between then-candidate Donald Trump and Russia,” adds Fox. “In fact, he later billed the Clinton campaign for the meeting, according to Durham’s indictment. The FBI also looked into the story about the alleged link between the Trump presidential campaign and the Russian bank, it turned out to be bogus.”
CLINTON COLLUSION: FBI Given SECOND DOSSIER by Longtime Clinton Aide
The FBI’s never-ending investigation into allegations the Trump campaign colluded with Russian officials has received a second anti-Trump dossier from a longtime Clinton insider; raising further questions over the DNC’s secretive role in the ongoing probe.
According to the Guardian, the Department of Justice was given the unconfirmed material by Cody Shearer, a former journalist with close connections to President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State -and President Trump’s opponent in the 2016 election- Hillary Clinton.
“The second memo was written by Cody Shearer, a controversial political activist and former journalist who was close to the Clinton White House in the 1990s,” writes the Guardian. “Unlike Steele, Shearer does not have a background in espionage, and his memo was initially viewed with skepticism, not least because he had shared it with select media organizations before the election.
The revelation comes as Congressional investigators and lawmakers struggle to find answers regarding the infamous ‘Trump Dossier’ compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele.
This week, the House Intelligence Committee voted to release a bombshell FISA memo, reportedly showing widespread abuse of FISA courts to surveil on American citizens -even those with close ties to the Trump campaign.
It’s unclear if the debunked ‘Trump Dossier’ served as the basis for these FISA warrants.
CLINTON COLLUSION: Texts Show FBI Agents ‘PULLED PUNCHES’ in Hillary’s Email Probe
Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee Chuck Grassley sent a scathing letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray Thursday, demanding answers after newly released texts show the bureau was “pulling punches” from Hillary Clinton’s email probe as early as February 2016.
Grassley’s fired-off the incendiary memo to the FBI chief after the Department of Justice magically found five months’ worth of text messages exchanged between anti-Trump agent Peter Strzok and DOJ lawyer Lisa Page.
One particular message stunningly suggests that the agency was going easy on the former Secretary of State; saying the FBI was aware that she would likely “be our next President” and would “remember” those involved in the investigation of her use of a private email server to handle classified material.
“One more thing: she might be our next president. The last thing you need us going in there loaded for bear. You think she’s going to remember or care that it was more doj than fbi?” asked Page on February 25, 2016.
“Agreed,” replied Strzok. “I called Bill and relayed what we discussed. He agrees. I will email you and [redacted] same.”
According to the Daily Caller, “Bill” is most likely a reference to Bill Priestap, the FBI’s head of counter-intelligence.
“Has the FBI performed any voluntary searches of Strzok or Page’s non-government phones or email accounts to determine whether federal records exist? Please explain why or why not?” asked Grassley.
