RED ALERT: Shock Poll Shows MAJOR PROBLEMS for Dems Heading into 2018 Midterms

A new poll conducted in ten pivotal states shows the Democratic party may see a “red tide” instead of the media’s predicted “blue wave” this November, with shocking data showing five sitting Democratic Senators are in big trouble heading into the midterm elections.

The survey shows at least five liberal legislators are in peril of losing their upcoming re-election bid, including Senators Jon Tester, Joe Manchin, Claire McCaskill, Joe Donnelly, and Heidi Heitkamp. More troubling for Democrats is data showing President Trump enjoying higher approval ratings then the sitting Senators.

The President’s job performance rating tops left wing lawmakers in Indiana, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, and West Virginia.

The new poll flies in the face of the mainstream media’s breathless predictions of a Democratic take-over of the US Congress this fall. For months, pundits have warned GOP legislators of big losses in 2018 over President Trump’s Russia investigation.

Last week, California Congressman Maxine Waters told a group of supporters the Democratic Party has to take control of the House of Representatives to begin impeachment hearings against the President.

“To do this, we have to take back the House,” said Waters.

DNC DISASTER: Republicans GAIN in NEW POLLS After ‘Schumer Shutdown’

New polling shows Republicans heading into the pivotal 2018 midterm elections with the wind at their backs; erasing Democratic gains for the first time since last spring as President Trump’s approval ratings continue to rise.

According to Politico, President Trump’s job performance inched higher following a disastrous month for Democrats; with House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer caving on DACA, the budget, and the government shutdown.

“Fully 39 percent of registered voters say they would support the GOP candidate for Congress in their district, while 38 percent would back the Democratic candidate. Nearly a quarter of voters, 23 percent, are undecided,” writes Politico.

The polls show GOP candidates wiping out Democratic gains in recent months, shrinking their ten point generic advantage to a one point deficit against their Republican opponents.

The new data also shows President Trump’s approval rating matching his disapproval rating at 47%.

“Not only have Republicans increased support on the generic congressional ballot, they are now trusted more to handle the most important issue when voters head to the polls: the economy,” Morning Consult’s co-founder told Politico.

TRUMP BUMP: President’s APPROVAL RATING SOARS After State of the Union

President Trump’s approval ratings popped to their highest levels since March of 2017 this week, with the American public supporting the Commander-in-Chief’s agenda following his annual State of the Union address Tuesday night.

According to a new Rasmussen report, the President’s daily-tracking data shows 49% of likely US voters approve of Trump’s job performance, rising to numbers higher than Election Day 2016 -when the President had a 46.1 approval rating.

“The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows President Trump making substantial gains after Tuesday’s State of the Union speech, and achieving his highest voter approval since March 7, 2017,” says the poll.

The poll shows that 35% of registered voters “strongly approve” of the President’s agenda; likely fueled by strong economic growth and record-shattering stock market figures.

“Rasmussen was among the few national polls that accurately predicted the election outcome which vaulted Trump to power,” writes the Daily Mail.

“Unlike other polls that ask questions in live telephone interviews, it relies on push-button phone calls – meaning voters who like Trump’s performance in office aren’t required to say so out loud to another person,” the author adds.
