“I’m of the opinion if you look carefully at all the different mandates, that nothing that man did other than vaccination altered the course of the diseases….I don’t think plexiglass, masks, 6-feet of distance —I don’t think any of these things changed the trajectory nor do I think there’s good evidence that any government mandates changed the incidence of the disease.”
