President Biden struggled through his prepared notes on Friday during the inaugural Americas Partnership For Economic Prosperity Leaders’ Summit in the East Room of the White House.
In one eyebrow-raising moment, Biden referred to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as “Prime Minister Joe.”
