While speaking with the press on the steps of the Hill on Friday, Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz stressed that he and his fellow McCarthy ousters are prepared to accept suspension in exchange for votes to get Jim Jordan the gavel.
The eight McCarthy ousters sent a letter to fellow GOP colleagues. “If these holdouts need a pound of flesh form us, we’re willing to give it to them,” Gatez said.
