President Trump is speaking in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday night to promote his economic agenda ahead of what could be a challenging midterm election season.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said on Fox News Tuesday that Mr. Trump will deliver a “positive, economic-focused speech,” and she urged Republicans to be more “vocal about touting the accomplishments” of the Trump administration.
