A shocking poll released Monday from YouGov reveals young Americans are lurching left on the political spectrum more than any previous generation; showing 70% would likely vote for a socialist candidate in an American election.
“The survey, conducted by the Victims of Communism and polled by the research and data firm YouGov, found that 70% of Millennials are likely to vote socialist and that one in three Millennials perceive communism as ‘favorable.’ The survey is part of the Victims of Communism’s report ‘U.S. Attitudes Toward Socialism, Communism, and Collectivism,’ which polled2,100 people in the United States who were 16 and older with a margin of error of +/- 2.4%,” reports the Daily Caller.
“When we don’t educate our youngest generations about the historical truth of 100 million victims murdered at the hands of communist regimes over the past century, we shouldn’t be surprised at their willingness to embrace Marxist ideas,” said Marion Smith, executive director of the Victims of Communist Memorial Foundation. “We need to redouble our efforts to educate America’s youth about the history of communist regimes and the dangers of socialism today.”
The poll also shows 10% of millennials -those between the ages of 24 and 38- believe Donald Trump is responsible for “more deaths and human rights abuses” than Soviet Dictator Joseph Stalin and Nazi ruler Adolf Hitler.

AOC’S UTOPIA: AOC Says Trump ‘Scared’ Because American People Want ‘Socialism,' 70% Tax Rate
Far-left Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez posted a video on social media Friday claiming President Trump is “scared” because most Americans prefer her “socialist” proposals.
“I think he’s scared… It shows that we’ve gotten under his skin. He sees that everything is closing in on him. He knows that he’s losing the battle of public opinion when it comes to the actual substantive proposals that we’re advancing to the public,” said Ocasio-Cortez.
“He sees 60% of Americans believe in a 70% marginal tax rate in incomes over $10 million… He has no vision for the country,” she adds; referencing Trump’s address to both Houses of Congress.
The emperor has no clothes: the GOP truly has no plan, no agenda, & no positive vision for the future of the United States.

Ocasio-Cortez doubled-down on her ‘Concentration Camp’ comments Thursday; telling reporters the Republican Party is running a “torture project” along the US-Mexico border.

“How do you respond to Republicans who are talking about physical barriers being part of any package that deals with the actual crisis in terms of the traffic coming across?” asked a reporter from the Intercept.
“If they want to do that, that’s fine… but they should not be using a humanitarian crisis as a bargaining chip to make sure they pursue their little torture project,” fired-back Ocasio-Cortez.
Yad Vashem, the official Israel Holocaust Center in Jerusalem responded this week to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’ recent comments; urging the far-left lawmaker to “learn” about concentration camps.
“@AOC Concentration camps assured a slave labor supply to help in the Nazi war effort, even as the brutality of life inside the camps helped assure the ultimate goal of ‘extermination through labor.’ Learn about concentration camps,” posted Yad Vashem.

END THE MILITARY? Bernie Says US Should Spend Entire $1.5 Trillion Pentagon Budget to Fight Climate Change
Democratic Socialist Bernie Sanders doubled-down on his non-stop climate crusade over the weekend; suggesting the USA should direct upwards of $1.5 trillion to reduce the global risks posed by rising temperatures.
“Instead of spending $1.5 trillion on weapons to kill one other, let us unite against the common enemy that is climate change,” posted Sanders on social media.

Sanders blamed the current heat-wave sweeping the Northeast USA on Donald Trump’s two-year presidency Friday; saying the Commander-in-Chief is “is threatening the lives of our children.”
“The past 5 years are the hottest on record
This June is the hottest June recorded
Thousands die in heatwaves around the world
Trump’s ignorance is threatening the lives of our children. For their sake, we must stand up to the fossil fuel industry and build a green economy,” posted Sanders on social media.

Bernie Sanders’ campaign was rocked by an official complaint from their own staffers this week; demanding higher salaries with many warning of “poverty wages.”
“Presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders has pledged to American workers that he would institute a $15-per-hour minimum wage if he wins the White House in 2020,” reports Fox News. “But unionized workers on Sanders’ own campaign say they wish he would start now — by paying a higher wage to them.”
“According to a report, members of Sanders’ staff have been using the senator’s own campaign rhetoric against him as they try to wrestle more pay from the self-described democratic socialist,” adds Fox.
According to the Washington Post, staffers “cannot be expected to build the largest grassroots organizing program in American history while making poverty wages.”
“Given our campaign’s commitment to fighting for a living wage of at least $15.00 an hour, we believe it is only fair that the campaign would carry through this commitment to its own field team,” said a statement from the staffers.
“Many field staffers are barely managing to survive financially,” the union letter says, “which is severely impacting our team’s productivity and morale. Some field organizers have already left the campaign as a result.”
