He’s losing it.

According to a Fox News report that reviewed footage from The Daily Caller’s Jennie Taer, Pete Buttigieg asked to snap a picture of Taer in a bizarre exchange on the street.

It started when Taer asks Buttigieg if he has a message for the folks in East Palestine, Ohio.

“Well, I’d refer you to about a dozen interviews I’ve given today, and if you’d like to arrange a conversation you should reach out to our press office,” Buttigieg said.

Taer asked Buttigieg again if he had a message —and he fired back.

“I do, and I shared with the press many times today and I refer you to those comments,” Buttigieg fired back.

The extremely bizarre exchange wraps up with Buttigieg asking to take a photo of Taer.
