PALIN ON QUAKE: ‘Pray for Alaska, Our Family is Intact, Our House is Not’

posted by Hannity Staff - 11.30.18

Former Governor of Alaska and Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin posted an update on social media just minutes after a 7.0 magnitude earthquake rocked Anchorage; saying “our family is intact, our house is not.”

“Pray for Alaska. Our family is intact – house is not… I imagine that’s the case for many, many others. So thankful to be safe; praying for our state following the earthquake,” tweeted the former Governor.

The 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck just outside of Anchorage, Alaska Friday; prompting US officials to issue a tsunami warning for specific parts of the region and urged residents to head inland.

MAMA GRIZZLY: Palin Says Men Don't Harass Her Because 'She's Packing'

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.17.17

Former Vice Presidential nominee and vocal advocate of the Second Amendment told reporters on Friday that sexual assault and misconduct were “serious issues,” adding that most men wouldn’t mess with her because she was “probably packing” a gun in the workplace.

“It’s not a partisan issue, so when we see this happening today, I think that it leads to a lot of questions about what standards are going to be applied to whom,” Palin told MSNBC’s Kasie Hunt while visiting Capitol Hill.

“Have you ever experienced sexual harassment in the work place as an ambitious woman in public life?” pressed the reporter.

“A whole lot of people know that I’m probably packing. So, I don’t think there’s a lot of people who would necessarily mess with me,” she quipped, before turning more serious. “I don’t mean to be lighthearted; this is a serious issue.”

“It really stinks for women in the workplace that for too long, men have thought they can get away with kind of being that old-school thinking that it’s OK to belittle and harass women,” she added.

SACHA SHUTDOWN: Sacha Baron Cohen’s ANTI-AMERICAN Show BOMBS on Showtime

posted by Hannity Staff - 7.17.18

Comedian Sacha Baron Cohen’s newest anti-American show debuted to paltry ratings on Showtime this week; raising serious questions over whether viewers are interested in the GOP-bashing material.

According to Fox News, ‘Who is America?’ debuted to just 315,000 viewers among the key demographic age of 18-49; a total catastrophe for Showtime who have been embroiled in controversy regarding Cohen’s content.

“While the network is banking on digital viewers to lift these totals, the low turnout is likely disappointing for the ‘Borat’ actor, who pranked a variety of political figures including Bernie Sanders, Roy Moore, Joe Arpaio and Trent Lott for his show. Cohen and Showtime kept a tight lip on details of the series — the comedian disguised himself to pull off his elaborate prank interviews – but the lack of promotion may be a root cause of the disappointing viewership figures,” writes Fox.

Cohen found himself in hot water this week after it was revealed he impersonated a disabled American veteran to land an interview with former Governor of Alaska Sarah Palin.

Palin slammed the comedian for the shameless impersonation, calling on Showtime to donate the profits from that episode towards a Veteran charity of their choosing.
