OVER THE HILL: New Poll Shows Big Majority Say Biden Not Physically or Mentally Fit for Office

Democrats can’t keep a lid on the Biden age problem any longer…

According to a recent Quinnipiac poll, a growing majority of Americans feel President Joe Biden is both physically and mentally unfit for the office of President of the United States.

The survey asked voters whether Biden had the physical fitness and mental fitness to serve a second presidential term:

• Physical fitness: 35 percent said yes, 62 percent said no
• Mental fitness: Biden: 34 percent said yes, 64 percent said no

The poll also asked voters about Biden’s age. A whopping 67 percent of voters believe Biden is too old to serve a second term, while 31 percent of believe Biden is not too old to serve another four years.

The poll sampled 1,421 self-identified registered voters from February 15 – 19 with a 2.6 margin of error.

In the wake of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s damning report on Biden’s mishandling of classified documents in which he referred to the POTUS as “an elderly man with a poor memory,” Democrats have been out in force to play defense for the 81-year-old Commander-in-Chief.

“I think that, again, age is an objective fact. As I say, it’s all relative. [Biden] is younger than I am. So what do I have to say about his age? But he is, again, knowledgeable…” former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi told CNN’s Anderson Cooper earlier this month.

“President Biden has gotten more done in three years than any other president in recent history,” Chief of Staff Jeff Zients said. “How? No one works harder. No one asks tougher questions. No one is better at making decisions.”

“I was on Air Force One with the president going from Washington, D.C., to Wisconsin for an infrastructure project. And I was with the president for over an hour and talked about so many things, domestic, international,” Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar said on Meet the Press. “He was focused. His recall was good. It was the same experience that my colleagues had who met with him for hours, Democrats and Republicans, about the Mideast only a few weeks ago.”
