President Trump took questions from the White House press corps on Tuesday while touring the rooftop of the West Colonnade.
Trump was spotted on the roof of the White House briefing room around 11 a.m. ET on Tuesday.
After telling reporters he was going for a walk, Trump appeared to gesture toward the newly announced addition to the White House—a ballroom.
Trump also said he was finding ways to spend his own money.
“Just another way to spend my money for the country,” Trump said, adding, “Anything I do is financed by me.”

This man is 79. He’s on the roof of the White House surveying and answering reporters’ questions who are a football field away. Incredible.

The appearance comes just days after Trump announced that he and private donors will fund an estimated $200 million cost of a new ballroom at the White House.
