Rep. Devin Nunes stopped by ‘Hannity’ Tuesday night to weigh-in on a series of scandals including FISA abuse and lying to Congress; confirming many “criminal referrals” are coming in the weeks ahead.
“Congressman, this is a big deal… What specifically are you looking at?” asked Hannity.
“A lot of people out there think that because we’re in the minority that somehow, we’re not going to continue this investigation. We’re going to work with the Oversight Committee to ensure this investigation into FISA abuse and other matters continues,” said Nunes.
“We need the new Attorney General to get in there and then we’ll be making criminal referrals on many people who lied to Congress and did many bad things,” he added.

DEVIN NUNES: Expect ‘Criminal Referrals’ from GOP’s Probe into FBI Political Bias
Rep. Devin Nunes confirmed Wednesday that he intends to make “criminal referrals” from his ongoing probe into political-bias and abuse at the Department of Justice and the FBI.
Nunes was speaking with Fox News this week when he was asked to comment on his investigation into allegations of anti-Trump bias throughout the agency both during and immediately after the 2016 presidential election.
“A lot of people think just because Republicans are out of power that we are not conducting an investigation. We still are,” Nunes said. “Whether or not people will come in and interview with us, we don’t have gavels, we don’t have subpoena power. But we will still be trying to interview people and we will still be making criminal referrals.”
Nunes launched the probe after widespread allegations the agency used the debunked ‘Steele Dossier’ to obtain FISA warrants against the Trump campaign ahead of the 2016 election.

DEVIN NUNES: We’ve Seen NO ‘CREDIBLE EVIDENCE’ Behind Russia Probe
House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes slammed Robert Mueller’s never-ending investigation into Russian collusion this week; saying he’s seen “no credible evidence” behind the probe as it enters its second year.
The congressman was speaking with Fox News when he was asked to weigh-in on the special counsel’s months-long probe into the 2016 election; confirming he’s yet to see “any credible evidence or intelligence” that warranted the investigation.

“We have yet to see any credible evidence or intelligence that led to the opening of this investigation,” said Nunes.
Nunes has been calling on the Department of Justice and the FBI to release material over why they launched the investigation in the first place; saying the possibility of an “inside source” within the Trump campaign would be severely embarrassing for the agency.
“I think what it really means, I think it will look badly on the Department of Justice and the FBI on how they conducted this investigation,” he added.
