During his Oval Office sitdown with Hannity Wednesday night, President Trump blasted sanctuary cities like Los Angeles and indicated he may have to cut off federal funds in the future.
“We’re trying to get rid of them,” Trump told Hannity about sanctuary cities. “We’re trying to end them. And a lot of the people in those communities don’t want them.”
“But would you cut off their money?” Hannity asked.
“I might have to do that. Sometimes that’s the only thing you can do,” Trump responded.
Trump also spoke about the brave firefighters in Los Angeles who had to fight multiple blazes for days — in some cases, without water.
