NOT THE SHARPEST KNIFE: Hochul Thought Hacked New York Post Stories Were Real, 'We Demand Answers'

posted by Hannity Staff - 10.27.22

The New York Post’s website and Twitter account were hacked Thursday morning —and it was incredibly obvious to everyone except Democratic New York Governor Kathy Hochul and her press secretary Jen Goodman.

They demanded answers.

Hochul’s team released a statement at 11:38 AM —nearly two hours after The Post shared this tweet: “The New York Post has been hacked. We are currently investigating the cause.”

Hochul’s team released the following statement, way behind the news cycle.

“The New York Post has long fostered an ugly, toxic conversation on their front pages and social accounts, but these posts are more disgusting and vile than usual. The New York Post needs to immediately explain how this reprehensible content was made public. While the Post has made its preferences very clear in the New York Governor’s race, there is no room for this violent, sexist rhetoric in our politics. We demand answers.”

Um, they gave you an answer two hours before you asked for one: they were hacked.
