Texas AG Ken Paxton is calling for prosecution over an “all-ages” drag show that contained sexually explicit material and was entirely inappropriate for young children. We reported on the event earlier this week on Hannity.com:
Blaze TV host Sara Gonzales shared a shocking clip of an all-ages drag show performance out of Plano, Texas; in the clip one drag queen dances to the song Pu**y by an artist called “Lady.” Children can be seen in attendance and many of the parents don’t look too thrilled with the performance.
“This is grotesque, disturbing behavior. Under Texas law, local district and county attorneys are charged with taking up the mantle to protect Texas kids by prosecuting these types of totally inappropriate acts,” Paxton told The Daily Caller.
“What’s more, in 2023, the Texas Legislature should amend the Texas Penal Code to expressly prohibit this kind of grossly sexual conduct and empower my Office to prosecute when district and county attorneys refuse,” he said.
