NO KIDDING: Kid Rock Salutes Chopper, Smokes 'S--t for Brains' Gavin Newsom [WATCH]

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.30.26

Kid Rock sent social media spinning after posting a video from his Tennessee estate showing military-style helicopters hovering low over the property he has branded the “Southern White House,” then using the moment to unload on California Gov. Gavin Newsom.

The clip was posted March 28 and quickly went viral, drawing millions of views and a fresh round of attention to Rock’s ongoing MAGA-era feud with the Democratic governor.

“This is a level of respect that s*** for brains Governor of California will never know. God Bless America and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to defend her,” Rock wrote on X.

The footage appears to show at least one AH-64 Apache-type helicopter near Rock’s Whites Creek property, with a second aircraft visible in the background.

The swipe at Newsom did not come out of nowhere.

Last month, Newsom’s office jokingly said it was “officially banning” Kid Rock from California after Rock appeared in a viral workout video with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

FOX 11 described the move as a parody social-media post, not a literal legal ban, and said the jab was part of a broader back-and-forth between the two.

Rock’s home has become part of the spectacle itself. Realtor.com reported in 2025 that the musician spent roughly 20 years building the 27,000-square-foot White House-style mansion in Tennessee, complete with over-the-top features including a gold urinal, a church, a barber shop, and a gas station.
