The case against former President and 2024 candidate Donald Trump is the biggest story in the country —if not the world —right now. But the White House won’t comment on it at all.

“Is [Biden] concerned at all that a local DA indicted a former President…set the precedent that local DAs that don’t like former President Biden could indict him?” Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy asked White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Tuesday.

KJP says she —and the White House —just aren’t commenting.
