President Biden looked exhausted after arriving at Hagerstown Regional Airport en route to Camp David on Thursday. Biden staggered off the plane and walked toward Marine One on his way to a rigorous week of debate prep.
Biden has nothing on the schedule leading up to the first presidential debate.
