NEW DEMOCRATS: Cortez, Tlaib, Omar DEMAND Congress Defund Trump’s ‘Deportation Force’

Recently sworn-in Representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, and Ilhan Omar held a public press conference Thursday morning; demanding Congress completely defund President Trump’s “Deportation Force.”

“The President does not like any form of immigration. He has been cutting down and imposing restrictions on legal forms on family re-unification and so on. He’s ending DACA protections,” said Cortez. “In doing so, he’s criminalizing a population of people in the United States and now he’s asking for $5 billion to continue to militarize and weaponize a force that has zero accountability.”

“We need to feel the pain, the struggle, the hopes and the dreams of the people who this President likes to demonize,” added Rep. Ilhan Omar.

CORTEZ CONCERN: Top Democrats ‘Try to Rein in’ Liberal Superstar

Senior Democrats and party officials are reportedly attempting to “rein-in” Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez after a series of critiques against her centrist colleagues; telling the self-described Democratic-Socialist to stop “attacking her own people.”

“Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is already making enemies in the House Democratic Caucus — and some of its members are mounting an operation to bring the anti-establishment, democratic socialist with 2.2 million Twitter followers into the fold,” writes Politico.

“I’m sure Ms. Cortez means well, but there’s almost an outstanding rule: Don’t attack your own people,” said Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Mo.). “We just don’t need sniping in our Democratic Caucus.”

Cortez found herself coming under fire from The View’s Whoopi Goldberg this week, with the left-wing comedian telling the new congresswoman to “sit down and listen.”

Socialist superstar and Congressional hopeful Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez continued to raise eyebrows over the weekend; bizarrely equating the threat of climate-change to Hitler’s Nazi Germany.

“So we talk about existential threats, the last time we had a really major existential threat to this country was around World War II,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “And so we’ve been here before and we have a blueprint of doing this before.”

“None of these things are new ideas,” she continued. “What we had was an existential threat in the context of a war. We had a direct existential threat with another nation, this time it was Nazi Germany, and axis, who explicitly made the United States as an enemy, as an enemy.”

“We have to do the same thing in order to get us to 100% renewable energy, and that’s just the truth of it,” said Cortez.
