During his remarks at the 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27) in Egypt, President Biden attempted to read a quote —but botched it so bad he made an apology; “I was reading their quote. Sorry,” Joe said.
Biden was talking about, what sounds like, “turbo-charging clean energy.”
“Help turbocharge the emer—the ener, the, the—excuse me—turbocharge the emerging global clean ener—clean energy economy. I was reading their quote. Sorry.”

Biden also stressed the need to “double down” on aggressive climate commitments, despite Americans still feeling the pain at the pump; gas prices are currently hovering around $3.75 a gallon on average.
