While laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery over the Memorial Day holiday, President Biden appeared sick —coughing and shuffling his way through the ceremony with VP Kamala Harris and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.
