The Tims family in Atlanta, Georgia recently received a voter application letter addressed to Cody heading into the 2020 election; one problem: Cody is a deceased cat who died more than a decade ago.
“When Ron Tims checked his mail Wednesday he found something addressed to Cody Tims. Cody doesn’t get much mail. Cody is a cat. He died 12 years ago. The family keeps his ashes in a green container,” reports Fox Atlanta.
“There’s a huge push but if they’re trying to register cats, I’m not sure who else they’re trying to register. I’m not sure if they’re trying to register dogs, mice, snakes,” said Tims.
“Third-party groups all over the country are targeting Georgia to help register qualified individuals. This group makes you wonder what these out-of-town activists are really doing. Make no mistake about it, this office is dedicated to investigating all types of fraud,” said a statement from Georgia’s Secretary of State.

ACOSTA UNHINGED: CNN Reporter Accuses Trump of ‘Demonizing Immigrants,’ Warns of Russian Meddling
CNN senior White House Correspondent Jim Acosta escalated his war-of-words with President Trump over the weekend; accusing the Commander-in-Chief of “demonizing” immigrants and warning of continued Russian meddling ahead of the 2018 midterms.
Acosta slammed the President on social media after Trump warned those committing voter fraud in the upcoming elections would be “subject to the maximum penalties.”
“Don’t be fooled by the continued demonization of immigrants. Voter fraud in this country is actually very rare. What we should be on the lookout for is Russian meddling,” tweeted Acosta.

Acosta’s comments come as thousands of undocumented immigrants slowly make their way through Mexico towards the United States’ southern border; openly defying President Trump’s demands they return to their home countries.
