McENANY on HANNITY: Riots and Looting Are Enabled by CNN, Media, Democrats, and the Left

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.13.21

Former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany stopped by ‘Hannity’ Monday night to weigh-in on the violence plaguing Minneapolis and other major cities; saying the mainstream media has enabled rioting and looting in America.

“There is a political component to all of this, the denial all summer long of rioting, police stations burned to the ground, cops injured, Molotov cocktails, all that happened. Democrats ignored it. They didn’t want to anger their constituency,” said Hannity.

“I stood at that White House podium and was never asked questions about violence in our streets,” said McEnany. “You go over to CNN where Don Lemon says rioting is a mechanism to restructure the country. This was enabled by the media and by the left.”

“We’ve got to recognize that most police officers in this country are good, amazing people,” she added.

'ATTEMPTED MURDER': Portland Rioters Attack Police with Molotov Cocktail as City Explodes

posted by Hannity Staff - 9.24.20

A group of rioters attacked multiple police officers with Molotov Cocktails Wednesday night as the city erupted in violence following a Louisville Grand Jury’s decision to not charge three police officers with murder in the shooting-death of Breonna Taylor.

Two police officers were shot in Louisville, Kentucky Wednesday night after hundreds of protesters took the streets following a Grand Jury’s decision to not charge any members of law enforcement in the shooting death of Breonna Taylor back in March.

“Praying for the two police officers that were shot tonight in Louisville, Kentucky. The Federal Government stands behind you and is ready to help,” posted the President on Twitter.

“Our hearts go out to the two @LMPD officers who were shot. Please pray for them and their families, & pray for our city, and all who are in pain today. For anyone who is still out, please go home tonight. Violence doesn’t get us closer to a fair, just and equitable city,” added the Mayor of Louisville.

Both officers are in stable condition.

A LITTLE LATE: Portland Mayor Vows ‘No Autonomous Zones’ in City After Months of Riots

posted by Hannity Staff - 12.09.20

Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler confused millions of followers on social media Wednesday when he vowed there will be no “autonomous zones” in his city; seemingly forgetting months of non-stop riots and anti-police protests.

“I am authorizing the Portland Police to use all lawful means to end the illegal occupation on North Mississippi Avenue and to hold those violating our community’s laws accountable. There will be no autonomous zone in Portland,” posted Wheeler on Twitter.

“We all agree many of our nation’s systems and structures are fundamentally racist and require significant reform. There’s a housing crisis, a health care crisis, an education crisis, an employment crisis, a mental health crisis, and an addiction crisis,” he wrote.

“It’s time for the encampment and occupation to end. There are many ways to protest and work toward needed reform. Illegally occupying private property, openly carrying weapons, threatening and intimidating people are not among them,” Wheeler concludes.
