McCONNELL: Record Murder and Inflation Rate as Biden Focuses on ‘7-Figure Payments’ to Migrants

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell ripped the Biden administration Tuesday for ignoring the country’s record inflation and homicide rate and instead focusing on “7-figure payments to illegal immigrants.”

“Inflation just hit another 30-year record high. Families are paying skyrocketing prices for everyday needs. […] The murder rate just recorded its biggest jump ever. But here’s what the Biden administration is focused on — handing out 6-figure and 7-figure payments to illegal immigrants,” said McConnell.

 

Congressman Dan Crenshaw exploded on the Biden administration Friday after reports emerged that the White House plans to pay illegal immigrant families separated at the US-Mexico border $450,000; more than the families of service members Killed in Action.

“Biden wants to pay illegal immigrants $450,000 for their hardship while breaking our laws. For perspective, if a service member is killed in action, their next of kin gets an insurance payment of $400,000. Let that sink in,” posted Crenshaw on social media.

 

The Wall Street Journal reported the White House’s decision Thursday.

“The U.S. is in talks to offer immigrant families separated at the border in 2018 about $450,000 a person in compensation, people familiar with the matter say,” claimed the newspaper.

“The Biden administration is in talks to offer immigrant families that were separated during the Trump administration around $450,000 a person in compensation, according to people familiar with the matter, as several agencies work to resolve lawsuits filed on behalf of parents and children who say the government subjected them to lasting psychological trauma,” adds the WSJ.

Former Vice President Joe Biden continued his gaffe-filled basement campaign over the weekend; apparently warning the country of the dangers posed by “four more years” of “George.”

“What kind of country are we going to be?” asked Biden alongside his wife Dr. Jill Biden. “Four more years of George, uh, he uh, we’re going to find ourselves in a position where that if Trump is gets elected we’re going to be in a different world!”
