Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is on the Hill this week before both the Senate and the House to discuss the fiscal year 2024 budget for the Department of Homeland Security.
And he’s singing an old familiar tune.
“It is my testimony that the border is secure,” Mayorkas says.
