During a sitdown with Canadian PM Mark Carney on Tuesday, President Trump joked that the most “transformative” win for his administration may be the merger of the U.S. and Canada.

After running down Trump 2.0 accomplishments, Carney teed up “the most important,” only to have Trump jump in with a joke.
