LOSING IT: Adam Schiff Posts Bizarre Rant on ‘Foreign States,’ the Constitution, Trump Hotels

posted by Hannity Staff - 6.07.19

House Intel Chairman Adam Schiff continued his non-stop obsession with taking-down President Trump Friday morning; posting a bizarre rant about the US Constitution and “payments at Trump Hotels.”

“’No Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust … shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, … of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.’ Constitution does not apply to payments at Trump Hotels, with feckless GOP.”

Schiff slammed the Attorney General during a speech this week; calling the nation’s top DOJ official the “most dangerous man in the country.”

“We find ourselves, I think, for the first time with an attorney general who really is the president’s defense lawyer and spokesperson who’s quite good at it and has the veneer of respectability to camouflage what he’s doing,” Schiff said, referring to Barr.

“He is not the sophist that Giuliani is, he’s much more dangerous, and I think he’s the second-most-dangerous man in the country,” he added.

Schiff’s comments come weeks after the Attorney General vowed to “get to the bottom” of FISA warrant abuse during the 2016 race for the White House.

Rep. Adam Schiff slammed Attorney General William Barr’s new probe into the origins of the shady Russia-Trump collusion investigation last month; saying the top DOJ official was engaged in the “Trumpification” of the Department of Justice.

“Barr says Trump’s campaign was ‘spied’ upon. Trump claims treason. Both are incendiary. Neither is true. Barr suggests a finger was put on the scale to affect the election. But the Trump probe was kept secret; the Clinton one wasn’t. It’s the Trumpification of the DOJ,” posted Schiff on social media.

Schiff published a scathing op-ed in USA Today last Friday directly accusing Barr of “misleading the country” after he declined to indict President Trump of obstructing justice.

“William Barr should resign,” writes Schiff. “The public servants there and in similar offices around the country deserve an attorney general who shares their abiding commitment to the rule of law, demonstrates strength and independence, speaks truth to power and represents no one person, but all Americans.”

“That makes Bill Barr the second most dangerous man in the country. It also renders him grossly unfit for office,” he adds.

A NEW LOW: Schiff Claims RUSSIA Pushed SECOND AMENDMENT so AMERICANS Can ‘Kill Each Other’

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.06.18

Rep. Adam Schiff took his all-out obsession with Russian collusion to a new level Monday evening, breathlessly suggesting the Kremlin promoted the Second Amendment on Facebook to help Americans “kill each other” during the 2016 presidential election.

“We can see for example on Facebook, so graphically what I was mentioning earlier; the multiple aims of the Russians in their interference in our elections. On Facebook you had the content that was clearly anti-Hillary and you had the content that was very pro-Trump,” said Schiff.

“Of course, they parroted Black Lives Matter to try to broaden the racial divide in this country. Fascinatingly they also trumpeted the Second Amendment. The Russians are very big fans of our Second Amendment,” he added.

“The Russians would be very thrilled if we would be doing nothing but killing each other every day, and sadly we are,” said the liberal lawmaker.

COLLUSION DELUSION: Adam Schiff Says AG Barr Simply ‘Doing the Bidding’ of the President

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.12.19

Rep. Adam Schiff continued to double-down on his baseless accusations of Russia-Trump collusion this week; accusing Attorney General William Barr of simply “doing the President’s bidding.”

“When you hear the Attorney General say he wants to look in to what he calls ‘spying’ into the President’s campaign, what’s your first reaction?” asked a reporter with ABC News.

“It’s stunning to hear the top law enforcement officer in the country talk so cavalierly about spying on a political campaign. This must be very pleasing for Donald Trump who wants to create a narrative that he’s the victim of some Deep State coup,” said Schiff.

“The Attorney General has a higher responsibility than simply doing the bidding of the President of the United States,” he added.
