A protest that turned violent is now moving into federal court.

A federal grand jury has indicted two individuals in connection with the assault on TPUSA reporter Savanah Hernandez during a heated anti-ICE protest in Minneapolis earlier this month, according to federal sources.

The indictments were handed down Tuesday but remain under seal, with officials expected to release the suspects’ names and specific charges once the documents are unsealed.
