A bombshell report from Judicial Watch is now claiming the Obama Administration granted “immunity” to Hillary Clinton’s lawyer responsible for the deletion of more than 30,000 emails during her time at the State Department.
“Judicial Watch announced today that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s White House Liaison at the State Department, and later Clinton’s personal lawyer, Heather Samuelson, admitted under oath that she was granted immunity by the U.S. Department of Justice in June 2016,” writes the government watchdog group.
“Samuelson also revealed that, contrary to what she told the FBI in 2016, she was, in fact, aware that Sec. Clinton used a private email account while secretary of state,” adds the report.
.@TomFitton: “The news that the Obama DOJ gave immunity to Heather Samuelson, Hillary Clinton’s lawyer responsible for the infamous deletion of 33,000 emails, further confirms the sham FBI/DOJ investigation of the Clinton email scandal,” (3/3).https://t.co/VKGxavgnhI

The revelation comes days after the State Department identified dozens of “violations” regarding Clinton’s handling of classified material.
“To this point, the Department has assessed culpability to 15 individuals, some of whom were culpable in multiple security incidents,” Mary Elizabeth Taylor, the State Department’s Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of Legislative Affairs, wrote to Sen. Chuck Grassley. “DS has issued 23 violations and 7 infractions incidents. … This number will likely change as the review progresses.”
“Wow! The State Department said it has identified 30 Security Incidents involving current or former employees and their handling of Crooked Hillary Clinton’s Emails. @FoxNews This is really big. Never admitted before. Highly Classified Material. Will the Dems investigate this?” tweeted President Trump.

Senator Lindsey Graham stopped-by ‘Hannity’ weeks ago to weigh-in on allegations of abuse and political bias at the Department of Justice; saying there is little doubt that Hillary Clinton clearly committed Obstruction of Justice.
“The bulk of information in the FISA application in October 2016 that led directly to spying on the Trump campaign, was the Hillary, phony Russian Dossier. James Comey signed it,” said Hannity.
“It’s not a theory. We know that Comey told the President that I want you to know about the unverified dossier. That’s the same document given to the court in October. Those two things don’t add up. Those are facts that need to be reconciled,” said Graham.
“There was no collusion with the Russians. Case closed, let’s look at all these other people and find out how we got in this mess to begin with… Taking a hammer to a phone, bleaching evidence are classic examples of Obstruction of Justice,” he added.
'NOT HELPFUL': Secret Email Shows Strzok ‘WORRIED’ About Hillary Probe
Recently released emails show anti-Trump DOJ official Peter Strzok worried that former President Barack Obama’s public comments would impact the public’s perception of the ongoing Hillary email investigation.
According to Fox News, the communications show Strzok was highly concerned that the President’s statement was “not helpful” and warned the White House “there is a line they need to hold.”
“Below not helpful,” Strzok wrote to top FBI counterintelligence official. “Certainly the WH is going to do whatever it wants, but there is a line they need to hold with regard to the appearance of non-interference.”
The emails echo similar comments made in James Comey’s new tell-all book, where the former FBI chief claims Obama “jeopardized” the Hillary probe by making comments that caused many to question the administration’s role in the investigation.
“Contributing to this problem, regrettably, was President Obama. He had jeopardized the Department of Justice’s credibility in the investigation,” writes Comey.
BIAS ALERT: FBI Agents ‘PRESSURED’ to END Hillary Probe After Trump Nomination
Officials at the Department of Justice forked over hundreds of pages of previously unseen text messages to Congressional investigators over the weekend; revealing new details on how FBI agents were “pressured” to exonerate Hillary Clinton’s private email scandal after Donald Trump secured the GOP nomination in 2016.
New text messages between FBI agent Peter Strzok and bureau lawyer Lisa Page shed new light on the level of anti-Trump bias and corruption throughout the agency in the run-up to the US presidential election; suggesting the bureau was hoping to conclude Clinton’s probe within minutes of Donald Trump’s victory over GOP opponent Senator Ted Cruz.
“Holy s*** Cruz just dropped out of the race. It’s going to be a Clinton Trump race. Unbelievable,” wrote Page in May of 2016.
“I saw Trump won, figured it would be a bit,” responded Strzok. “Now the pressure really starts to finish MYE.”
The reference to “MYE” refers to ‘Mid-Year Exam,’ the FBI code name for the ongoing investigation of Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information and use of a private email server.
According to CBS News, the conversation was included in Sen. Ron Johnson’s scathing letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray, where the Homeland Security Chairman demanded answers over anti-Trump bias at the agency ahead of the 2016 election.
