Shortly before speaking with the United Auto Workers (UAW) at the Community Complex Building on Thursday in Belvidere, Illinois, President Joe Biden attempted to quickly throw on a UAW t-shirt —but it took way longer than he initially anticipated. Joe needed help from another man on stage.
