During his speech at the League of Conservation Voters Annual Capital Dinner in Washington D.C., President Biden made a bizarre claim about building a railroad across the Pacific and Indian Ocean.

“We have plans to build a railroad from the Pacific all the way across the Indian Ocean,” Biden told guests at the event.
