President Biden joined the United Auto Workers picket line in Detroit, Michigan on Tuesday —but it wasn’t without some of his signature gaffes and uncomfortable moments.
“The UAW strike began after contract negotiations between the union and autoworkers expired Sept. 14. The UAW first demanded a 46% pay raise over five years and a shortened four-day work week, though the union requested to be paid for a 40-hour work week,” The Daily Caller reports.
Now Joe’s popping in to show his support. Check out some of the highlights below from RNC Research.
