President Biden confused millions of Americans Wednesday when discussing his massive Infrastructure package; saying it’s “not rational” to only think of “highways, bridges, or whatever.”
“To automatically say that the only thing that’s infrastructure is a highway, bridge, or whatever, that’s just not rational…I think the vast majority of Americans would think everything from sewer pipes to sewer facilities to water pipes: I think they’re infrastructure,” said Biden.

The President also labeled the plan as “unlike anything we’ve done since the space race.”
“Last week I announced my plan to rebuild what I refer to as the backbone of America,” said Biden. “It’s not a plan that tinkers around the edges. It’s a once in a generation investment in America.”

“It’s the single largest investment in American jobs since World War II, and it’s a plan that puts millions of Americans to work,” he added.
