INSIDE MAN: Former Obama Aide UNDER FIRE for CNN Leaks

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.30.18

Former President Barack Obama’s Intelligence Director found himself in hot water this week, following a House report that claims the senior aide “misled” Congress about leaking ‘Trump Dossier’ details to CNN.

The revelations published by the House Intelligence Committee reveal James Clapper intentionally leaked sensitive material surrounding the infamous ‘Steele Dossier’ to CNN after the 2016 presidential election.

The former Obama aide is now facing serious legal and ethical questions over how and why he leaked the information to media outlets and whether he acted alone.

“When initially asked about leaks related to the ICA in July 2017, former DNI Clapper flatly denied ‘discussing the dossier [compiled by Steele], or any other intelligence related to Russia hacking of the 2016 election with journalists’,” the report states.

It goes on to add that Clapper “subsequently acknowledged discussing the ‘dossier with CNN journalist Jake Tapper,’ and admitted that he might have spoken with other journalists about the same topic.”

REPORT: Senior OBAMA Official LEAKED ‘Trump Dossier’ Details to CNN

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.27.18

Barack Obama’s former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper intentionally leaked sensitive details about the ‘Trump Dossier’ to CNN and misled Congress about the issue, says a bombshell new report.

According to a recent report released by the House Intelligence Committee, Clapper intentionally leaked the now-debunked ‘Trump Dossier’ to CNN’s Jake Tapper and possibly lied to Congress about the revelation.

As reported by the Federalist, “Clapper not only leaked information about the infamous Steele dossier and high-level government briefings about it to CNN, he also may have lied to Congress about the matter.”

“Clapper flatly denied ‘discussing[ing] the dossier [compiled by Steele] or any other intelligence related to Russia hacking of the 2016 election with journalists,’” said the House’s report.

“Clapper’s discussion with Tapper took place in early January 2017, around the time IC leaders briefed President Obama and President-elect Trump, on ‘the Christopher Steele information,’ a two-page summary of which was ‘enclosed in’ the highly-classified version of the ICA,” it adds.

ADAM’S ADMISSION: Schiff Memo ACTUALLY CONFIRMS FBI’s Misuse of ‘Trump Dossier’

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.26.18

Ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee Adam Schiff released his highly-anticipated “rebuttal” to Rep. Devin Nunes’ bombshell FISA report over the weekend; inadvertently confirming the FBI’s use of the ‘Trump Dossier’ to obtain surveillance warrants.

According to former assistant US attorney Andrew McCarthy, Schiff’s report details the bureau’s use of Christopher Steele’s shady dossier to obtain FISA warrants against the Trump campaign, saying the Democrat “rebuttal” shows the “FBI and Justice Department heavily relied on the Steel Dossier’s uncorroborated allegations.”

“You know this is true because, notwithstanding the claim that ‘only narrow use’ was made ‘of information from Steele’s sources,’ the Democrats end up acknowledging that ‘only narrow use’ actually means significant use,” writes McCarthy in the National Review.

Schiff’s memo comes weeks after Nunes released his four-page bombshell report that raised serious questions over how the DOJ used the Clinton-financed Trump dossier to obtain FISA warrants against at least one Trump associate.

Congressional leaders -such as Sen. Chuck Grassley- have vowed to get to the bottom of whether former Obama officials used the shady document to illegally spy on the Trump campaign ahead of the 2016 election.
