Voters in North Carolina will have the opportunity to protect the rights of hunters and fisherman throughout the region this fall; deciding on whether to enshrine “hunter’s rights” in the state constitution.
“The ballot measure, which easily passed through the Republican-controlled state Senate in June in a 44-4 vote, has become an unexpectedly divisive issue in North Carolina. Supporters argue the amendment would protect certain hunting practices, but opponents claim it’s little more than a ploy to draw Republican voters to the polls,” writes Fox News.
The measure aims to protect “the right to use traditional methods, to hunt, fish and harvest wildlife” as more and more left-leaning candidates seek to clampdown on “inhumane” practices.
“This change creates a situation that in the future could bring conflict between those who enjoy hunting and fishing and those who don’t,” North Carolina state Sen. Norman Sanderson told Fox News. “We don’t want the rights of hunters and fishers to be infringed upon.”

BLUE WAVE CRASHING: DNC Chief Delivers Address to EMPTY EVENT at Atlanta Mall
DNC Chairman Tom Perez delivered remarks to liberal supporters at an “indoor Latin mall” in Atlanta, Georgia this week, speaking to a nearly empty room as Democrats struggle to connect with American voters just months ahead of the 2018 midterm elections.
Perez was speaking at the Plaza Fiesta shopping center Wednesday when he slammed President Trump and the GOP-controlled Congress; telling the left-wing activists to “get out and vote” this November.
“Michelle Obama always said, ‘We they go low, we go high.’ I have a variant of that. When they go low, we go vote,” said Perez to the nearly empty room.

“And when we put fear on the ballot, we don’t do so hot. Let’s face it, fear won in 2016, but let’s also face it, hope is making a huge comeback,” he added.

BLUE WAVE CRASHING: Democrat Advantage TUMBLES Ahead of 2018 Midterms
The Democratic Party’s national advantage over their Republican opponents continued to collapse this week; shrinking to four percentage points after double-digit leads just months ago.
A recent survey by CBS News shows the liberal advantage largely evaporating ahead of the 2018 midterms, with 36 percent of those asked saying the GOP should retain control of Congress and 40% hoping for a left-wing “blue wave” in November.
The shrinking advantage and surprising poll numbers were conducted after the President’s “zero tolerance” policy on illegal immigration made national headlines, with the Commander-in-Chief urging Congress to find a permanent solution to the escalating border crisis.
“CBS’s poll, which sampled 2,063 adults between June 21-22, 2018 and has a margin of error of 2.6 percent, also shows there are a significant number of Trump supporters who opposed the zero-tolerance policy but did not hold the president responsible. The results also suggest voters are compartmentalizing the issue,” writes the Daily Caller.
