HUNTER CAVES! Embattled First Son Will Sit for Deposition, Lawyers Say

According to a New York Post report, Hunter Biden and his team have agreed to appear before the House Oversight Committee for a closed-door deposition — a 180 turn on their previous position.

Hunter has agreed to sit for a deposition in the impeachment inquiry into his father — moving to avert a vote to hold him in contempt of Congress.

“If you issue a new proper subpoena, now that there is a duly authorized impeachment inquiry, Mr. Biden will comply for a hearing or deposition. We will accept such a subpoena on Mr. Biden’s behalf,” Hunter’s lawyer Abbe Lowell wrote.
