On Monday, Border Czar Tom Homan was asked about using a 200-year-old law to deport dangerous illegal alien criminals from gangs like Tren de Aragua and MS-13.
“What do you say to those saying you’re using a 200-year-old law [Alien Enemies Act] to circumvent due process?” one reporter asked Homan.
“An old law? Not as old as the Constitution, and we still pay attention to that, don’t we?” Homan said, before walking away.
