HOLLYWOOD HYPOCRITES: LA Says Mask-Free Emmys OK Because ‘Exceptions Are Made’ for TV

posted by Hannity Staff - 9.22.21

Health Officials in Los Angeles are defending their decision to allow a mask-free Emmys Award Show to proceed despite citywide mask mandates and social distancing rules, saying “exceptions are made” for “film, television, and music productions.”

“LA County’s Health Officer order requires everyone to wear a mask indoors, whether vaccinate or unvaccinated. However, exceptions are made for film, television, and music productions, as additional safety modifications are made for these controlled interactions,” said a statement published on social media by CNN’s Oliver Darcy.

Hundreds of mask-less celebrities went bare-face to the 2021 Emmy Awards Sunday night, sparking a furor from fans who have been told to wear the coverings to slow the spread of COVID-19 and the deadly Delta Variant.

“The 2021 awards show was one of the first to return to the typical in-person format following more than a year of delayed and adjusted ceremonies like the Oscars and Golden Globes. Few of the stars in attendance on Sunday were seen on the broadcast wearing masks or observing social distancing guidelines,” reports Fox News.

“Although host Cedric the Entertainer noted on the broadcast that everyone in attendance had to show proof of vaccination, as well as test negative for COVID-19, stars like Seth Rogen, came out swinging at the lack of requirements. He wasn’t the only one,” adds Fox.

“This is insane,” said the comedian. “They lied to us.”

“Seth Rogen starting off the Emmys by addressing the elephant in the room that no one is social distancing or wearing masks and everyone is essentially squeezed inside a giant tent,” claimed one user.

“Are the #Emmys pretending the pandemic is over? No safety protocols in view. Masks, distancing? How many people are in that room?” one viewer wrote.

DON JR: Cuomo Gets Emmys for Sending Grandmas to Their Death, DeSantis Got Hell for Open Beaches

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.27.21

Donald Trump Jr. stopped-by ‘Hannity’ Thursday night to weigh-in on the media’s blatant double standard when covering Republicans; telling viewers to look at the differences between the way journalists report on Ron DeSantis compared to Andrew Cuomo.

“I’m not a big social media guy anymore… The old days of fighting Jimmy Kimmel and Alec Baldwin have died for me. You’re engaged in every issue in this country like never before,” said Hannity.

“Somebody has to do it! Me, I like to engage. That doesn’t come free of sticks and arrows, but it’s worth it. We have to point out these lies!” said Trump Jr.

“We don’t have an easy fight. You have trillion-dollar industries doing whatever they can to destroy the Republican Party. Look at the handling of Ron DeSantis versus Andrew Cuomo. Andrew Cuomo gets Emmys for sending your grandmother to her death… DeSantis got more hell in Florida for keeping beaches open!” he added.

PATHETIC: Here are the 34 Times President Trump Was Smeared at the Emmys

posted by Hannity Staff - 11.10.17

Sunday night’s anti-Trump hate fest, also known as the 2017 Emmy awards, reached new lows in both ratings and rhetoric, with liberal celebrities smearing the President at least 34 times throughout the three-hour long event.

Host Stephen Colbert went political in the first minute of the broadcast, saying the “world may be the worst we’ve ever seen” and joking that the President is “loved” by Nazis and other white supremacists.

The ceremony quickly went off the cliff soon after, with Hollywood activists viciously attacking the Commander-in-Chief throughout the evening.

The performers smeared the President as racist, xenophobic, misogynistic, and unfit for office, while comedian Kate McKinnon –who portrayed Hillary Clinton on SNL during the 2016 campaign- praised the former Secretary of State for her “grace and grit.”
