According to Fox News, President Biden promising to deliver $800 million dollars in weapons and aid to President Zelenskyy and the Ukrainian people. The package includes 800 anti-aircraft systems and 9,000 anti-armor systems, Biden said.
“This could be a long and difficult battle, but the American people will be steadfast in our support for the people in Ukraine in the face of Putin’s immoral, unethical attacks on civilian populations,” Biden added.
Early Wednesday morning, Zelenskyy spoke with the U.S. Congress, asking them to do more to help the citizens of Ukraine; Biden said he has shown “remarkable courage and strength.”
