HANNITY MONOLOGUE: Van Hollen's Trip to El Salvador a Pointless Political Stunt [WATCH]

Van Hollen — the latest example of democrats in decline…

During Wednesday night’s Hannity, Fox News host Sean Hannity blasted Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen for his “hypocrisy, hysteria, and feigned moral outrage” over President Trump’s deportations of dangerous, illegal criminals.

Van Hollen flew to El Salvador this week — a worthless political stunt — in an attempt to bolster his image within his failing party.

The Maryland Senator was trying to negotiate the release of deported alleged MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

But, as Hannity points out, Van Hollen did nothing while millions of illegal aliens poured across the border under the Biden-Harris Administration — and one of those illegal aliens went on to rape and murder mother of five Rachel Morin — and one of his constituents.

“Chris Van Hollen expressed zero public outrage,” Hannity said of the Senator’s reaction to Morin’s murder. “But now that a citizen from El Salvador — not Maryland — who entered our country illegally and was accused of assaulting his own wife … and violent gang activity, all of a sudden Chris Van Hollen is up in arms, he’s found his voice, he is outraged!”

Van Hollen’s trip to El Salvador, of course, yielded no results.

“It’s no surprise Van Hollen left empty-handed. He couldn’t even get a phone call with this immigrant, let alone get him released from jail,” Hannity said.

“Chris Van Hollen is a disgrace to the entire state of Maryland and the country … he’s repulsive and should be ashamed of himself.”
