Hannity reacts to the latest attempt on Trump’s life.
During Monday night’s Hannity, Fox News host Sean Hannity offered analysis on the security failures that allowed the latest attempt on President Trump’s life at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.
“There’s no excuse for this,” Hannity said. “This weekend, the perimeter, again, was way too close to President Trump and every major Cabinet official — the Vice President — all having dinner. The entire hotel was not swept, not secure. Anyone who made a hotel reservation had access to that hotel.”
“No bags were checked. This guy with a gun got 50 yards from that ballroom,” Hannity continued. “These security perimeters have got to get way bigger, more secure, and there have to be multiple layers. Every square inch of every building where any president may be must be completely swept and secured.”
“Sadly, the threats against President Trump are not going away. Year after year, Democrats and the media mob have radicalized their base.”
