Speaking during his opening monologue on ‘Hannity’ Wednesday night, Sean ripped the “sick and twisted” destroy-Trump media for their breathless, frenzied coverage regarding President Trump’s “excellent” health report; saying they’re behaving like “hypnotized” anti-Trump robots.
“The sick, the twisted, the mentally unstable anti-Trump media again working itself into a new manufactured frenzy,” said Sean. “We’ve been explaining how the bias press operates in this country for a while… They rush from one fabricated meltdown to another, and in the process the brain-dead so-called journalists bounce around the same talking points in their fake-news echo chamber.”
“It becomes a competition to see who can say the most outlandish, the most offensive, the most completely-false thing about President Trump. It’s like they’re hypnotized, lobotomized robots that are programmed to wake up and hate Trump,” he added.
“Members of the media, they’re sheep, they’re close-minded, they’ve actually convinced themselves that President Trump is suffering from dementia, that he’s deranged,” Hannity said. “The media just refused to face the truth, the reality that President Trump is perfectly healthy.”

FLASHBACK: Hear Hannity’s EPIC Election Night REACTION to Trump’s Victory
Exactly one year ago, millions of Americans went to the ballot box and demanded a real change in Washington; shocking the mainstream media and ushering Donald Trump into the White House. Within minutes of the announcement, Sean Hannity called into Fox News Election Headquarters to weigh-in on the political earthquake that just shook the nation’s capital.
“To me this was predictable, but on the other hand this is a modern day political miracle you’re witnessing before your eyes right now. And that is to go up against everybody; all the pundits, all the pollsters, all the prognosticators out there, and defy all the odds,” said Sean. “It’s the American people that have said enough is enough.”
“This is not complicated. What’s happening now is not working. Donald Trump has gone out there and he outworked Hillary Clinton, and he put forward a much better agenda, and America said enough is enough with failed policy,” he added. “Americans saw a guy that was really successful, and really had a dream that America could be a lot better.”
“[Obama] has taken on more debt than any other President before him combined. Americans are looking at their children and grandchildren and are saying, ‘This is immoral, this has to stop,’” Hannity said.
“That is the reason that I felt confident coming into tonight that he had a very good chance, although a difficult path, and he was able to pull it off because the American people cut through the noise… and they said we’re not on the right path,” he added.

Gingrich on Hannity: News Media in a 'Frenzy' to Overthrow Trump
Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich stopped by ‘Hannity’ on Tuesday night to discuss President Trump’s recent press conference regarding the deadly protests in Charlottesville, Virginia, saying the President is facing a “frenzied” news media obsessed with taking down his administration.
“I watched the media that is just so openly hostile to him. It doesn’t seem to matter anymore what he’s going to say or do and you have made this point many times on this program,” said Hannity.
“If every American has their shot at the American dream, does that help race relations in America?” he asked.
“There is an entire block of people who want to use racism and left-wing ideology to deliberately, consciously split us. Many of these are in the elite media, they’re doing it quite deliberately, and we have to have the guts to take them head on,” said the former Speaker.
“We have to point out that it was not President Trump’s policies that led four thousand people to get shot in Chicago last year. It wasn’t President Trump’s policies that have made Baltimore a nightmare in terms of people getting killed,” added Newt. “What you’ve had is a decay in this country under left-wing policies that has led to dramatic depth of poverty, dramatic collapse of the law in some inner cities, and a sense of helplessness.”
“The reason Obama was consistently wrong when he would get into these kind of problems, is he took the view of the elite media, which is just wrong,” said Gingrich. “The elite media is just in a frenzy to undermine him and if possible drive him from office in what really is the news media coup against the people of the United States.”
