HANNITY: It's Time for Jeff Sessions to 'DO HIS JOB' and Investigate FISA Abuse

Speaking during his opening monologue on ‘Hannity’ Wednesday night, Sean called on Attorney General Jeff Sessions to do his job and properly investigate the FISA scandals surrounding the Department of Justice; saying if he’s not “up to the task” the administration “has other options.”

“President Trump is slamming the Attorney General Jeff Sessions for relying on an Obama appointed Inspector General to probe the massive FISA abuse scandal, and not DOJ lawyers who actually have real prosecutorial power,” said Hannity.

“In this case, I believe the President’s right. We know from two Republican memos, and the Schiff memo, that the Clinton bought-and-paid-for dossier was used to spy on the Trump campaign, we know that,” he added. “We also know for a fact the FBI and the DOJ lied to a FISA judge about Clinton and the DNC financing the dossier.”

“It is time, knowing the facts as we have them, that the Attorney General has to do his job, serve the American people, and the rule of law and the constitution,” Sean said. “If Jeff Sessions is not up to the task, if he wants to create a two-tier justice system, we have other options.”

Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi continued her all-out war against the House Intelligence Committee and President Trump Friday afternoon, telling reporters the President will spark a “constitutional crisis” should he use the recently released FISA memo to fire Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

Pelosi addressed reporters just hours after Congressional leaders publicly disclosed the four-page document; showing the debunked ‘Trump Dossier’ was used by the FBI and DOJ to secure FISA warrants to spy on “at least one” senior Trump aide.

“With the memo… [Trump] has abdicated his responsibilities as Commander-in Chief to protect the American people by protecting our intelligence sources and the rest,” Pelosi told CBS News.

“If the President uses this fake, horrible release of distorted intelligence as an excuse to fire [Deputy Attorney General Rod] Rosenstein or [special counsel Robert] Mueller, it could lead to a constitutional crisis.”

The House Minority Leader’s fiery rhetoric comes on the heels of her official statement regarding the memo, where she bizarrely referred to the de-classified material as a “bouquet” from President Trump to Vladimir Putin.

New Jersey Senator Cory Booker continued his all-out anti-Trump rampage this week, saying he believes that releasing the House Intelligence Committee’s FISA memo would be “tantamount to treason” and jeopardizes the lives of those in the intelligence community.

The liberal legislator was speaking with SiriusXM when he made the outlandish remarks, adding that GOP lawmakers who wish to release the classified material are “betraying” the men and women who work to keep our country safe.

“This fury and fire that has been created around this, is to me tantamount to a dangerous conspiracy theory that can undermine the important work our Justice Department and intelligence communities do,” said Booker.

“I might say tantamount to treasonous in the sense of -when you violate the intelligence community’s mandate around classified documentation and what should be released- you could be betraying, or especially if you’re revealing sources and methods, you are actually endangering fellow Americans in the intelligence community,” he added.

“To me, this is something that could be potentially viewed as treasonous,” said Booker.
